time in my hands

image: google

You allure me into your web

making me believe you are mine

I grasp you in my hand

thinking I have a hold on you

you slip through my hand like water

leaving behind the wetness of memory

which dries up leaving behind stains

marking my heart with pain and pleasure

teaching me that I can only accept you as you are

you have no expectations

pure love is what you want from me

  1. That is quite a tough expectation...perhaps however like holding water it isn't containable or explainable! Lovely image also

  2. Remember, mass only exists because we perceive it is solid, & each of us as entity crosses over as phantom in overlapping dimensions on a regular basis, searching for the other us,all of them, pursuing Time, but knowing we are its Master.

  3. We do often think we can master time, don't we? I can relate to the idea that it slips through our hands and there is very little we can do to keep it.
