walking bare foot on the sand
acts as therapy to my aching feet
the giggling waves tease my toes
leaving behind the moist memories
the saltiness in air matches my tears
I taste them with love...
I expand inside to allow life to happen
witnessing the journey ...
I love the tasting of the tears with love, allowing life to expand you.....true inborn wisdom! Wonderful!

always tasted the ocean when we got
there, first thing...
oh i love a walk on the beach... and it can be a fantastic therapy for sure just to hand over the sadness and frustration to the waves and let them carry it away...

ReplyDeleteI love your words 'allow life to happen', for that's all we can do. Life becomes a little easier when we embrace what is. Such a joy to read this morning :)
