break open the shell

image: google

like bitter and sweet almonds

life is full of contrasts

I am neither, I am the pure happiness

you can call me bliss, peace or joy

I am there in everyone's heart

You have to open the shell called ego

You will find me waiting like Phyllis

embrace me with love

topic : happiness, almonds

  1. It is the contrasts in life that make it interesting, and it is good to embrace them!

    1. In Greek mythology the almond tree is represented by the beautiful princess Phyllis. Left at the altar on her wedding day, Phyllis waited for years before finally perishing of a broken heart. In sympathy, the gods transformed her into an almond tree, as a symbol of hope. When Phyllis' fiancee returned to find her as a leafless, flowerless tree, he embraced it and the tree burst into bloom.
